Executive Search Team
Jildy Gross founded Jildy Gross & Associates, Inc. in 1995 and leads the Executive Search Practice. Jildy has 16 years of professional executive search experience.
From the beginning, Jildy has approached search from a different perspective than traditional search consultants. Ten years of practicing law and participating in international financial transactions has given Jildy an understanding of business and business people.
Jildy’s mission has been to build a professional search firm capable of partnering with clients and executives at the highest professional and ethical level.
Prior to forming Jildy Gross & Associates, Inc., Jildy was Assistant General Counsel/Finance at Trans World Airlines, Inc. working on corporate finance and securities matters and TWA’s restructuring. Before TWA, Jildy was a corporate attorney at Kelley Drye & Warren in the New York and Washington, D.C offices, specializing in private placements for start-up companies, venture capital, and international project finance.
In addition to her law degree, Jildy has a Master’s Degree from the Russian & East European Institute at the University of Michigan (Jildy worked in Rome as a translator for Russian refugees prior to practicing law) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Oberlin College.
